On March 22, 2017 the U.S. Supreme Court issued a unanimous opinion in Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District. In that case, the Court redefined the free appropriate public education (FAPE) requirements in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This four-part training series will providean overview of the decision and provide LEAs with support to develop capacity among their special education staff to meet the more rigorous standard for IEP quality set forth by Endrew F.
