Program Quality Specialist
Tuck joined the Co-op in 2024 and supports member schools through coaching and professional development. Tuck believes that education is a basic human right and has committed herself to advocating for the children and families of the District. With a special interest in and passion for early childhood special education, Tuck has supported families through classroom instruction, case management, teacher coaching, and parent education.
Tuck brings over 10 years of experience in special education as an intervention specialist, instructional coach, and program manager in DCPS and DC charter networks. In these roles, Tuck has supported school leaders and teachers alike in creating learning environments that honor and support all students. Through her comprehensive approach to teacher training, schools working with Tuck saw improved student outcomes and teacher effectiveness across a variety of classroom environments. As a native Washingtonian, Tuck takes pride in the success of schools in the District.
Tuck has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from George Washington University, a Certificate in Early Intervention from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
