Jeanine Neal, a graduate student at George Mason University, Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution is seeking special education teachers to participate in her research study on the IEP process. This study is being supervised by Leila Peterson, Executive Director, SchoolTalk, Inc. and adjunct professor Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Specifically, this study will examine special education teacher perspective of the IEP process, the issues and the possibility of alternative dispute resolution practices. Ms. Neal is seeking special education teachers who have participated in at least 5 IEP meetings and are willing to share their perspectives.
